Current fees
Fees are increased periodically, but we do not seek to make therapy unaffordable for clients who have already begun therapy. Costs of sessions will be discussed between clinician and each client in their respective sessions.

Late or missed sessions
As your session has been booked for you, if you are late it may not be able to be extended and your session will consist of the remaining allocated time. In a case of lateness or no show, we will wait for the first 15 minutes, after then we reserve the right to cancel the appointment. If you miss the session without cancellation notice we reserve the right to charge the session cost.

Unless your contract states otherwise, 48 hrs (two working days) notice of cancellation needs to be given once a session is booked otherwise we reserve the right to charge the session. If you need to cancel or change an appointment we can be contacted via telephone or by email.

Your right to confidentiality is strictly observed in all circumstances except where our clinical experts believe that there is a significant risk of harm to yourself or others. In this case we reserve the right to inform outside agencies as appropriate, but if possible we will discuss this with you first. Clinicians are required to attend regular supervision sessions in order to maintain the quality of their work. Individual issues are discussed but confidentiality is maintained i.e. clients are not identified and personal information is kept to the minimum necessary for clinical understanding.
